Vinkort - Strandgaarden Badehotel
Velkommen i Strandgaarden Badehotels restaurant.
Bygningen som er rammen om Jeres måltid, kan dateres helt tilbage til 1727. Oprindeligt boede her folk som levede af fiskeri og jordbrug.
Strandgaarden har siden 1920 fungeret som badepensionat, først bestyret af Herman Axelsen derefter af den legendariske Oda Mortensen.
Oda var kendt for sit fantastiske badepensionat langt ud over Danmarks grænser.
Jeg overtog Strandgaarden i år 2000 og har siden da udvidet til dobbelt kapacitet, så jeg i dag kan have ca. 45 overnattende gæster og op til 70 spisende gæster.
Strandgaarden Badehotel finder inspiration i det moderne internationale køkken med friske råvarer fra Læsø og resten af Verden.
Ud over aftenens menu kan du vælge at supplere dit måltid med smagsprøver på lækre oste inden din dessert.
Vinene på dette kort er udvalgt med omhu, interesse og med hjælp fra dygtige vinfolk. Jeg er ikke vinekspert – men ved en del om de vine, som er på mit vinkort.
Jeg har besøgt mange af producenterne og kan altid hjælpe Jer med at finde den rette vin til Jeres måltid.
